2. The Service

Shoturo provides AI-powered photo enhancement for Turo hosts. You upload car photos; we process them with AI to replace backgrounds and improve lighting. Access is granted after purchasing a package. Each paid photo corresponds to one finished edit.

3. Your Responsibilities

You must have the right to use any photos you upload. You will not use Shoturo for illegal purposes, to infringe others' rights, or to create misleading content. You are responsible for complying with Turo's policies when using our output on your listings.

4. Payment and Refunds

Packages are one-time purchases. Refunds are handled case by case; contact support if you have technical issues or are unsatisfied. We aim to help you get good results.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain rights to your original photos. By using the service, you grant us a license to process them. The resulting enhanced images are yours to use for your Turo listings and personal use.

6. Limitation of Liability

Shoturo is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the package in question.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them. We will notify you of material changes when practical.
